Northline Mixed-Use Quarter
A mixed-use quarter where retail, workspace, and homes share a plan rather than compete for the same ground.
View Project→A 120-acre township master plan, prepared before a single parcel went to architectural design. The plan fixes the things that are expensive to change later: where density sits, how traffic enters and leaves, and which land stays open.
We tested four density distributions against travel times, drainage, and daylight before recommending one. The chosen scheme concentrates height along the northern edge, keeping the interior low-rise and the central green uninterrupted.
