Ashwin Residency
A compact residential plot planned for three generations under one roof, with independent entrances.
View Project→A 42-home community on a long, narrow parcel that most layouts would have turned into a corridor of driveways. We moved parking to the perimeter and gave the centre back to the residents — a car-free spine that every home opens onto.
The planning work set plot ratios, courtyard sizes, and the rules that keep the shared edges usable once the community is occupied. Homes are grouped in clusters of six around a courtyard, close enough to feel shared and far enough apart to stay private.
